Join us at our Muttini Mixer at Riverfront events to help with the execution of our live auction and to help clean up afterwards! A live auction is a fundraising activity where items or experiences are sold to the highest bidder in real time. An auctioneer leads the event, encouraging participants to raise their paddles and place bids. The atmosphere is lively and engaging, and items are awarded to the top bidder!
What we need:
Description: We are seeking 4-5 energetic volunteers to serve as Live Auction Runners during the Muttini Mixer!
Runners will be:
- Quickly delivering bid sheets, confirmations, or auction items to and from the stage
- Spotting raised bid paddles and taking down information from each donor
- Staying after the end of the event to help clean up!

Ideal Volunteer:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable moving around in a fast-paced crowd.
This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting fundraising event while directly helping raise funds for Humane Animal Partners. Parking will be in the Riverfront Events parking lot.
